Methodology for defining requirements for the military-technical system “marine equipment – testing instrumentation”
Development of technical specifications and prototypes of advanced testing systems for marine equipment
2015–2017 – Principal Investigator for a complex R&D project for JSC Concern MPO Gidropribor, resulting in:
A patented and unified software-hardware system for the inspection of naval equipment
Development of a theoretical framework for a new approach to testing marine equipment, officially endorsed by the Russian Navy
2017 – Winner of a competitive research grant (Project No. 8.3133.2017/PC) under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia
Project: “Definition of requirements for the main characteristics of an information-measuring system for the parameters of non-contact equipment of a next-generation unmanned underwater vehicle” (2017–2019)
Between 2014 and 2019, established and currently leads three laboratories at SPbSMTU:
Research Laboratory for Software-Hardware Systems for Marine Equipment Diagnostics
Focus: development of control systems and educational-methodological tools for Navy specialists
Educational and Research Laboratory for Technical Safety of Offshore Oil and Gas Structures
Established in collaboration with Rosneft
Marine Technology Prototyping Laboratory
Aimed at developing student competencies in digital modeling, design, and operation of modern engineering equipment
In 2018, founded the Authorized Training Center “ASCON – SPbSMTU”
Provides professional training in digital modeling and CAD using KOMPAS-3D for students and external specialists
In 2020, launched new continuing education programs at the center in partnership with Autodesk for training in digital design and engineering tools
