R&D Lab of Active Devices for Vessels and Underwater Objects Performance Improvement

Research and Development Lab of Active Devices for Vessels and Underwater Objects Performance Improvement is aimed to solve actual theoretical, applied and innovative problems as well as doing R&D works in the field of marine equipment engineering.

Our lab specializes on:

1. High-tech & innovative and new marine market-oriented competitive equipment prototypes;
2. R&D in the field of experimental and theoretical hydrodynamics of the vessels and underwater objects in order to develop new prototypes;
3. Educational process and research organization together with encouraging teachers to be more involved in those processes (first of all, their own developments) and integration of SMTU students into research instilling the creative scientific search skills and testing of the obtained results.
