Andrey P. PROKOPENKO |
Andrey P. Prokopenko graduated from the Pacific Higher Naval School named after S.O. Makarov majoring in Radioelectronic Equipment of Submarines.
From 1979 to 1996, he had served in command positions on board of nuclear submarines of the USSR and the Russian Federation Navy.
After he was transferred to the reserve, in 1997 – 2016, he had served in several senior positions in the line of economic and transport security at PJSC Lukoil Oil Company, OAO Rosneftbunker, Ust-Luga Oil, JSC.
In November 2016, he was appointed vice rector for the security of educational process at St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University.
He is recipient of state and departmental awards.
