Only applicants with education no less than high school may apply for Bachelor’s degree programs.  Only applicants with education no less than higher school may apply for Master’s degree programs.   

To apply for a program, you will be asked to submit the following documents:

  1. Scan of your passport.
  2. Notarized translation of the passport into Russian.
  3. Scans of the documents confirming your previous education with an authorized translation into Russian. Document requirements may depend upon the program type (for example, when applying for the MSc program you should send your BSc diploma with a transcript of records).
  4. legalized original educational documents required for the program and their notarized translations into Russian.

 

  •   Please BE AWARE that both your Certificate/Diploma and the Transcript should have undergone legalization (validation) procedure by the time of your arrival to the University.

Legalization is a procedure of giving legal effect to a document issued in one country in the territory of another country.  Academic certificates and diplomas can only be legalized in the country of issue. 

Back sides of your documents (or their Xerox copies) should have an Apostille and/or consular legalization stamp. ules can vary for different countries. It is student’s own responsibility to check on the appropriate rules before arrival in the Russian Federation.
